Broadway Dental is a unique family-oriented practice with a rich history and a fresh perspective under the leadership of Dr. Benjamin Stein. Originally founded by Dr. John Doroschak in 1961, the practice has been a cornerstone of the Northeast Minneapolis community for decades. Dr. John, a graduate of the University of Minnesota Dental School, started the practice with just one patient chair, later expanding to the six-chair facility we have today. His wife, Nadia, played an integral role in those early years, helping to build a welcoming environment for patients.

For many years, the practice was managed by their son, Dr. Michael Doroschak (known as Dr. Mike), a dedicated general dentist who carried on his parents’ legacy of compassionate care. Michael’s brother, Andy Doroschak, also contributed to the family’s dental tradition as a specialist serving the Twin Cities area.

Now, the practice has evolved into Broadway Dental, led by Dr. Benjamin Stein, who brings a wealth of expertise and a passion for patient care. Dr. Stein began his dental training at the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in 2012 and completed an advanced General Practice Residency at Loyola University Medical Center in Chicago. He specializes in dental implant placement and sleep-related breathing disorders, including obstructive sleep apnea.



Dr. Stein returned to Minneapolis in 2020, continuing his dedication to dentistry through private practice and a sleep specialty clinic. His commitment to education and staying current with the latest dental materials and technology ensures that Broadway Dental provides exceptional, cutting-edge care.
